I created this painting in the year 2000 and it is unusual because it is painted not on canvas, wood, or paper, but on an actual feather. It features a gray wolf peering from behind a birch tree. The entire feather measures approximately 11 inches long by 2 inches wide at its broadest point. Unfortunately, these photographs do not accurately show the full range of luminous color present in this piece! The original is actually more vibrant.
